Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm CET and Saturday.

Before you check out, you will be told how long your On products will take to get to you – from overnight to 2-6 days. We’ll also give you all the tracking information so you’re kept in the loop.
Should you not be fully satisfied with the Ons you have purchased, you can exchange them or just give them back and have their purchase price refunded in full.
Exchange or refund.
Wrong size/color/model? No problem, just send the product back to us within 14 days of receiving it. As long as they’re still ‘as-new’ we’ll exchange them for what you want. Money back? We know how it is. Again, just send back your product within 14 days of receiving it and as long as it is still in its original condition and packaging we’ll refund you in full usually within 14 working days. Again, we’re here for you. You can exchange or return your On products within 14 days as long as they're still in their original condition and you bought them from us directly.
